MAKING DREAMS
COME TRUE
Tell us about your dream and we will do everything to make it come true!
For a terminally ill patient and his family , it is a break from the illness and in most cases allows for a last family meeting in an environment that is not related to the situation.
Making dreams come true for terminally ill patients is an important component of supportive palliative care.
Examples of dreams: visiting a sports game, visiting a cultural show hosted by a singer/music star, Concert , theater, etc. A visit to the beach and nature, producing a family gathering or a meeting with a friend from the past and more.
With the help of the Foundations’ pool of volunteers, any wish that is reasonable, safe and within the foundation's budget will be implemented - at no cost to the patient and his family.
This application is intended for those who are diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, a life expectancy of 6 months or less according to the 2005 Dying Patient Act and the applicant is under medical treatment or supervision at the time of filling out the application.
